I strongly believe with this statement ( Counselling is as effective as , if the counsellor lives his/her life effectively ) as this statement is not only for counsellor but for each person whether a mom , a professional, an executive,a doctor etc . If we take care of our mental, physical ,emotional & spiritual health then we are in a good position to serve humanity. Therefore self development is a continuous journey.

I am an ICF ACC certified coach, working towards PCC certification. To nurture my coaching skills I am also pursuing Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) certification and Transactional Analysis (TA). Applying coaching and NLP in my day to day life has helped me become a better, happier, and more composed person. I have had an opportunity to work for some of the largest global food corporations - Nestle, Mondelez, Tetra Pak, both in India and in SE Asia. Along this professional journey and growth, I have had an opportunity to learn both from a variety of academic and experiential sources, and from mentors and experts. Working across different management levels, in different organizations, in different geographies and cultures has also strengthened my empathy and helped shape my view of the world.
