Lan is the Marketing Director at New Retail CPG, a Vietnamese consumer goods company distributing coffee and tea brands including The Coffee House and Tearoma. She leads the marketing and branding strategy of both brands and is responsible for growing both business segments. In addition to her role at New Retail CPG, Lan is also a Marketing Consultant at DataBrain, a Vietnamese startup specializing in big data and AI technology.

Khiem has more than 15 years of experience working in the B2B media industry. He is responsible in supporting matching business buyers with the right contact window of the suitable factories based in Vietnam, and perhaps in India, Cambodia, Myanmar and the Philippines. His team's familiar with reliable manufacturing sources for Garments, Textiles, Furniture, Handicrafts, Hardware that meet buyer's specific needs.

Khiem is experienced in training new staffs (project management, sales), training new leaders to lead with results and hearts (sales supervisors), coaching business clients how to change mindset and apply export marketing communication for effective buyer communication.

Khiem earned a Master of Arts in International Journalism Studies at Hong Kong and an MBA at Chinese University of Hong Kong

Nhan Nguyen
Nhan Nguyen

With more than 20 years of experience in logistics, operation and trade compliance, Nhan is an expert of complex trade compliance matters of Intel Corporation, focusing on the Asia Pacific Japan region. An American multinational corporation and a Silicon Valley technology giant, Intel is the world’s largest and highest-valued semiconductor chip manufacturer based on revenue, supplying microprocessors to brands such as Apple, Lenovo, HP and Dell.

She started her career with the company as a Customs Manager 2011, and now is Trade Operations Manager for Asia Pacific Japan and accountable for developing, implementing and monitoring trade compliance programs, executing audit and risk assessment programs in strategic projects that affect the supply chain to ensure proper/advantageous structuring of transactions.

Previously, she held several leadership roles at Nissei Electric Viet Nam since 2001 after her graduation. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Trade from the University of Foreign Trade in Ho Chi Minh City.

My name is Tuan, Ngo Quoc Tuan, I was born in a house with full of shrimp raw material and peeled the first shrimp for the family business since I was 6 years old. I work in seafood industry in Vietnam and Southeast Asia accumulating sales revenues of over $1 Billion USD to customers in over 50 countries on all continents.

I was selected as the Intra-fish “40 under 40 Future Seafood Leader” in 2016, thanks to the projects of sustainable shrimp farming and supply chain, working with IDH and WWF, which made QV Seafood became the 1st company in Asia certified, and joining many other sustainable, CSR and environmental projects in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

I was invited to attend Roundtable with Former Secretary of State John Kerry at Seafood Expo North America to discuss Sustainable Aquaculture.

And I was invited to participate and speak at the Shrimp School in University of North Carolina - Coastal Studies Institute, organized by US National Fisheries Institute.
