Short Bio : With a formal background in Food Science and in Intl Business, I am a technology innovation and strategy professional with 18 years of experience in the consumer products and food industry. I have had an opportunity to work for some of the largest global food corporations - Nestle, Mondelez, Tetra Pak, both in India and in SE Asia. Along this professional journey and growth, I have had an opportunity to learn both from a variety of academic and experiential sources, and from mentors and experts. Working across different management levels, in different organizations, in different geographies and cultures has also strengthened my empathy and helped shape my view of the world. The journey has been filled with a few successes and some setbacks and that has helped shape my approach to work, self-development, and life in general. Navigating the change in the external environment and adapting to it, reinventing myself along the way has built valuable experience. I am keen to share these experiences and learnings with youngsters starting their career journey. I believe through some of these learnings I can positively influence their approach to work and life and in turn, learn valuable lessons and develop myself further as a mentor.
