My Mentoring Story

We are honored to share #insights from our recent 𝐌𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 interview with Mar Vin Foo, an accomplished #mentor in the IT industry.
When asked about his experience as a mentor, Mar Vin expressed his #passion for mentoring as he believes and see the value of it and have been involved by paying it forward as a volunteer mentor at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He emphasized the #importance of providing valuable insights and learnings as mentors to help individuals overcome challenges and better manage different aspects of their lives.

Mar Vin highlights the importance of #empathy and open communication in mentoring relationships and encourages #commitment and connection with people from all levels.
