When asked about her experience as a mentor, Lena expressed her #passion to support an individual's personal growth. She speaks on three important values that mentors should have and encourages mentors to walk the journey with their mentees.

When asked about her experience as a mentor, Josephine shared that as a breast cancer survivor and a bereaved mother, she uses all these real life experiences while entering into the #mentoring journey to help bring about the best in others.

She expressed her #passion for guiding and grooming younger individuals to handle challenges independently. She emphasized the importance of viewing mentoring as a partnership that helps build stronger relationships and rapport instead of its #connection to her previous role as an educator, where mentoring was often subsumed under the broader term of teaching.

Josephine finds fulfillment in witnessing the growth, #transformation, and progression of her mentees, considering it the most rewarding aspect of being a mentor. She also contemplates becoming a #mentee herself to further benefit from the mentoring experience.
