We are honored to share insights from our recent 𝐌𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 interview with Virginie Pontruché, an #accomplished #mentor in #Microsoft as a Senior Principal Customer Success Account Manager.

When asked about her #experience as a mentor, Virginie expressed her #passion for going above and beyond when helping a #mentee so that she can help #develop them into future #leaders. She emphasized the #importance of letting the mentee do the work on their own, letting them think hard about what they want to achieve, and for mentors to stay open, listen, and come from a place of humility. She also shared tips on how one can have a fruitful #mentorship #engagement.
