Short Bio : I help organisations establish their people management philosophy and strategy. With a strong HR team management experience, I improve the organisation's people practices to engage better and retain talents. With sHRBP certification and deep experience across the region on key human resource functions, including business partnering, compensation & benefits, learning & development, talent acquisition and organizational development, I play the strategic advisory role to steer organisations towards excellent people practices. With a foundation in Finance and a career across Information Technology, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Information Services and Government sectors, I built strong business acumen with a flair of creative people strategies to support business goals. My regional exposures in Greater China, SEA, and ANZ provided me with the ability to operate in countries with varying regulations and market norms. Recently completed my BPS Test User qualification, I gained significant insights into occupational personality assessments and its application to talent development. My post-graduate training in occupational psychology allowed me to connect deeply with people at all levels. My current pursuit is to complete the ICF Accreditation for my coaching practise to enhance my skills further to help people recognize the potentials they have in them to succeed in life and at work. As a Distinguished Toastmaster, I acquired superior public speaking and presentation skills. I am passionate about helping people improve in their communication, management and leadership. I believe in learning by doing; every mistake made along the way is a learning opportunity to grow. This is a philosophy I held for myself, and when managing and influencing others to challenge and improve themselves.
