My Life Goals and Objectives : I want to work towards solving BIG problems (mostly environment and sustainability, and justice) and I want my contributions to have an impact. I am not sure how to go about doing it, and that is why I seek mentoring. However I do know what I do not want, which is to work towards "making rich people richer", which is basically what I have been doing so far.

Short Bio : Graduated in Engineering and got a PhD in Management. Started my career as a lecturer and researcher at the University, then I tried to be a consultant on my own, working on complex systems applied to business problems. It was rewarding but didn't pay the bills. Moved to Asia where I got employed to work on Organisation Development for mostly family-run businesses. I've spent the last 3 years as a stay-at-home daddy to my two daughters, working on a few projects remotely. I am also a Capoeira instructor.
