My Life Goals and Objectives : My life goals is to impact as many lives as possible i.e. giving back to the society. I am very fortunate to have supporting family members throughout my life especially during critical times and good leaders whom provided me guidance in my challenging corporate life. Therefore, I would like to share my experiences and create awareness for the people whom I can help for them to grow. One is only able to learn and improve if he/she is aware of their blind spots.

Short Bio : A transformational and inspirational HR professional who has 20 years of corporate experience and the last 10 years as Head of HR. Partnered with relevant stakeholders in transforming with agreed strategies, smart processes along with agile mindset to achieve business visions together. Working across diverse industries with diverse cultures provided me with the ability to thrive in various challenging and ambiguous environment while being culturally sensitive. A leader who is constantly learning, promotes open mindset, communication, and collaboration. These further validates the importance of support and guidance required of by all of us during our journey. With this it urged me to upskill my coaching skills to help me to be more agile in my coaching and mentoring to impact more lives. I am currently pursuing my Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) from ICF.
