I'm Lionel. I'm 25 yrs old this year. I have entered workforce since the age of 14 years old and started my first venture at 19 years old. Born in a well to do family, where most of my relatives and family's members ran their own businesses, i came to wonder whether money is the root of all evil? as everybody working hard to provide the best education, flaunting their status and spending unwisely with money.

In my career options, i only soon to found out that my actual purpose was never about wealth, i found my true elixir of happiness was to provide guidance to people and engage in social enterprise. In my voluntary experiences, i have participate weekly meet-the-people session, welfare manager in Covid-19 isolation zone and Google online marketing challenge where i be running free ads campaign for non profit organization.

Bill Bryant has served as Managing Director for the APAC and MEA regions since 2014 based in Singapore and from 2011 to 2014 as M.D. of MEA region based in Dubai. Prior to this time he held various technical, commercial, marketing and management roles in a variety of companies in the petrochemical, chemical, paper and mining sectors. He served most of his early career in South Africa later moving to and working in a variety of commercial and management roles in Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore, China, Germany and Indonesia over the last 23 years. Bill graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a B.SC (Eng.) degree in Chemical Engineering in 1985 and an MBA from Wits Business School in 1992. He is a citizen of South Africa and resident in Singapore at this time.

Raymond has served in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) for 27 years. Some of the significant appointments he held include Battalion Commander, Brigade Operations Officer, Staff Officer in MINDEF, Wing Commander and Deputy Commander of the Air Force School (AFS). His vast experience with the RSAF covers the areas of operations, training, human resource planning and management, budget control and strategic planning. These experiences set the foundation for him to becoming an active, experienced and professional trainer, consultant and executive coach.

Raymond Yap is an established TetraMap® Master Facilitator certified by Yoshimi and Jon Brett, who are the founders of the TetraMap®.
