My Life Goals and Objectives : My main life goal is finding "purpose". This can be through my career or personal life, and can be ever-changing. My current purpose and objective is tied to my career, which is to make the internet as safe and inclusive as possible for the millions and billions of users online. This clear purpose feeds into the bigger picture of being content - being in a job I love while my work helps other people use and interact with the internet in a safer and trustworthy way. Mentoring also feeds into this bigger picture, as I wish to guide youths who may be lost, or confused, or curious about different paths in life. My personal life and career path is not conventional, and I want other people to know that the best way to be content is to find what you love, and build passion for it, make a job out of it, and at the end, find purpose.

Short Bio : I am a Trust and Safety professional at Twitter, and previously worked at TikTok. I make policies to regulate content, to make platforms a more trustworthy and safe environment. Before joining the tech space, I was a legal professional, completing my Juris Doctor at the University of Hong Kong. Giving up a traditionally prestigious and well-paying job was a difficult choice, but something that provided purpose in my life. I also moved around a lot! From Korea to Hong Kong to New York to London to Singapore - all of which were conscious decisions I had to make, which would have life-changing consequences. When making life-changing decisions, my mentors (personally or career wise) helped tremendously to provide guidance. Such guidance was not about making the decisions for me, but to teach me how to make wise decisions.
