Short Bio : I have served in various command, staff and instructional appointments in the Singapore Armed Forces. I am presently leading various capability development projects and also responsible for ensuring operations and effective support of a few IT systems. I was involved in strategic planning, long-term capability development and reviews of war-fighting concepts for the future Army. I also have experiences in curriculum development and training pedagogy transformation to encourage active learning. I have been involved in crisis responses and operations, both locally and overseas in multinational environment.
