My Life Goals and Objectives : I've broken down my life goals to a few categories My career - I started working as a lab technician in 1995. I never saw it as a career but instead something getting a job was something that I needed to do since I finished studying - it's like a plan that my parents in place for me. But I wasn't happy where I was because I felt that I had more to give but was being suppressed or 'intimidated' - that as a youngling then, i do not know any better? So I pursued a part time degree and took a leap of faith after 10 years, 3 children, to move out from being a lab technician to an administrative role. And here I am 16 years later, Assistant Director. And I hope to achieve greater heights in my career but I am no longer chasing it. If I do move up to the next level, I consider it a bonus and if I don't it doesn't matter because I will continue to contribute to the organization meaningfully as much as possible. Financial goals; To always have a good bank balance to allow myself to spend on myself and my loved ones - anytime I wish to! Spirituality-focused; I wish to be able to give back to my religious community, to help or volunteer in the mosque and youth. I also hope to build my spiritual strength - mentally. Hopefully one day, my husband and I could embark on a mini pilgrimage.. Fitness goals and health goals; To stop procastinating and take better care of myself! I do not wish to be a burden my beloved family.. Families, friends and relationships: My life has always revolved around my family - first my parents, my brothers, now my husband and my sons.. And now that includes their girlfriends too. I hope that we will strive to always stay united - argue or no argue...
Short Bio : My name is Seeneth, mother of 3 wonderful boys and wife to wonderful man. I enjoy working with students, helping them to realize their potential beyond just academics and supporting them in their journey in whichever capacity possible. The same goes for being a pillar of support to my peers at work.
