Short Bio : I am a former tv host and current event, panel and conversation facilitator, taking a parallel road through emotional and spiritual awakening and healing to transformation. I have a long time interest and experience in mind body spirit wellbeing as the route to sustained inner growth. Using my own story and experience with the same, I seek to guide others interested to find, practice and embody their own transformation through simple engagement with spirit through nature, silence, kindness and physical wellbeing. I am especially interested in trauma, patterns, and the nervous system, in energy healing, meditation and silent contemplation, and am educating myself further in modalities to support these, alongside this mentorship course.
