Short Bio : I am a naturally driven women who has built two succesful recruitment agencies in Singapore and Dubai. I lived in Singapore to times for a total of 11 years and now in Dubai which has been nearly 5 years over two stints. I run my Singapore business form Dubai where I bring up my two daughter who are 10 and 12 years old. As a head-hunter, I spend much of my time offering career advice which often moves into life advice - I am asked about being an expat, living abroad, managing that with children, starting businesses and running them. I have also built a beautiful work culture and work as a mentor and coach to my team, rather than their manager.
