My Life Goals and Objectives : My Purpose is To Inspire Strength and Wisdom and my goal is to promote mental health and wellbeing, using Mindfulness as a framework, to design a balanced work-life. Short Bio : I have been a corporate consultant specializing in mindful leadership since 2017, a yoga teacher since 2010 and prior to that I was a professor of Business Management for 10 years. Recently, I started a consulting company called Fearless, Inc. and our purpose is to empower individuals and organizations to leverage their talents and skills so that they can reach their full potential. As a Mindful Leadership Consultant, I have and continue to deliver corporate mindfulness programs to the Top Local and Multi-National companies in the Philippines and build a culture of balance, productivity and care.
