Madhura Moulik

Madhura is a Marketer, Entrepreneur, DEI Advocate, and Angel investor. With nearly two decades of experience, she enables start-ups and SMEs of any size or industry to drive sustainable change and impact through digital transformation.

While on the job, she relocated to Singapore back in 2013. Four years later, she partnered with her husband to embark on their entrepreneurial journey with Skilfinity, a digital marketing and analytics start-up. Taking lessons from her first shop, she co-founded KarmaV, an intelligent automation to establish workforce diversity.

Outside of work, she is a potter, an exceptional, self-proclaimed cook, and a voracious consumer of content and art—an avid fan of Shah Rukh Khan (Indian Actor) and Banksy (English Street Artist).

Rowena is responsible for overseeing the global technology services organization, delivering global infrastructure, application support, application development and technology services to J&J's businesses and functions. She is responsible for technology architecture, development and delivering new levels of technology innovation and operational excellence to the J&J's businesses to enable digital transformation to serve our patients, customers and stakeholders.

As Group Chief Commercial Officer, Lee Chew works with business leaders across the Group to build market presence, expand account coverage and strengthen partnerships. In her role as President for Smart City & Digital Solutions, she leads the international growth and market expansion for Smart City and Digital businesses, enabling customers to create digital experiences and transform operational efficiencies through the use of cloud, artificial intelligence, data analytics, the internet of things and digital connectivity.

Lee Chew also has oversight of the Group’s Urban Solutions and Satellite Communications businesses, a role she has assumed since joining the Group in September 2021.

Prior to ST Engineering, Lee Chew was the Managing Director, Worldwide Public Sector (ASEAN) from Amazon Web Services, responsible for leading new business growth through the adoption of AWS services as an enabler to deliver technology transformation at scale for organizations.

She was with Hewlett-Packard Enterprise for more than 20 years, last serving as the Senior Vice President of global Hybrid IT Sales and Category Management based in Palo Alto, California, where she led the go-to-market planning and execution of product sales strategies for the company’s Data Center Infrastructure and Software Defined technology portfolio globally.

With business experiences in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia, Lee Chew is a firm believer in talent development and a strong advocate for diversity. She is appointed as the President for the Women in Tech Chapter at the Singapore Computer Society, serves on the Board of Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore and the Advisory Board of EDPR APAC. She sits on the Board of Governors for Temasek Polytechnic and the Vice Chairperson on the Board of the Singapore Heart Foundation.

Lee Chew holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Philosophy from National University of Singapore.

Nimisha Tailor

Competition and Regulation Specialist, E-nomics

Nimisha is a competition and regulation specialist with international experience. She has advised tech companies, central banks and international organisations like World Bank and OECD in the areas of digital finance, digital trade, data governance, e-commerce and logistics.

Nimisha is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and mentors young female professionals and university students with career planning.  As a mentor for the NexGen Keynote Women Speakers programme, she has supported talented women to make impactful speeches on stage by drawing on her work experience at consulting firms and government agencies in UK, New Zealand, Singapore and Australia (secondment).

Yen-Lu’s career spans nearly 40 years in the tech, media, venture capital, and more recently social entrepreneurship and philanthropy. A former Apple Distinguished Technologist, he is a successful entrepreneur with multiple tech start-ups and an active angel investor, spending many years mentoring and advising entrepreneurs, young businesses and serving on government panels on innovation. He served as a director of Business Angel Network SEA, executive mentor and adjunct professor to NUS Enterprise, mentor to INSEAD, numerous panels on entrepreneurship and innovation internationally, including IDA / SPRING, A*STAR, NRF, GMIC, NUS StartUp@Singapore, NUS Social Venture Competition, NTU Idea Inc, Thailand National Business Plan Competition, CrowdSourcing Week, etc. 

In a fast-paced world where the only constant is change, he believes there is an urgent need for each of us to draw on our strengths and creative potential as human beings, to connect with our higher self and our deeper purpose to contribute towards humanity in a positive and impactful way. He enjoys building ecosystems and mobilizing the community to create positive social change. As an early pioneer in the application of AI, he also has a strong base in the tech space. With the launch of his family foundation and other social impact initiatives, Yen-Lu devotes his time serving both society and the nation in his various capacities.

He is on a life mission to help bring about a kinder, gentler, more inclusive, more just, and sustainable world.
