Synopsis
Have you ever thought about learning leadership lessons from nature?
Leaders are responsible for inspiring, motivating, nurturing and growing their teams so they can achieve significant outcomes aligned to organizational objectives. Observing how nature works allows leaders to gain fresh insights into the different ways they can contribute to building and growing an organization that will flourish under their leadership.
In this leadership webinar, you will learn key leadership principles from birch trees having a solid root foundation, ant colonies on teamwork and collaboration, palm trees that bend but do not break in severe storms, birds that patiently and persistently nourish and grow the baby birds till they are able to fly, and other subsystems of nature. You will also learn how to apply these principles to address real life leadership challenges during these unprecedented times of change.
At the end of the webinar, you will be provided with an opportunity to take part in a few fun quizzes to reinforce the key learning takeaways.
