Synopsis

This webinar explores what is environmental psychology, what are the elements that create a working environment, both on the physical and social sides, as well as how to use that knowledge to boost individual performance as part of a team.

Human behavior is heavily reliant on the environment in which the behavior is performed, yet many people don’t have a clear understanding of what are the actual elements that create an environment, as well as how to use this knowledge to boost individual performance.

As a result, when actions lead to unsuccessful outcomes, many people start blaming their own abilities, rather than deeply reflecting on the external elements that have influenced their outcomes. This further leads to weaker performance, lack of confidence, communication problems within teams, anxiety and sometimes even increased levels of depression. However, all these can be changed simply by understanding how the different environments in which we perform our actions might influence our behavior and outcome, especially at the workplace and what are some specific actions that can be taken to deal with that.

The objective of this webinar is to increase awareness about how various environments influence your behavior, mindset formation, work productivity and learning outcomes with the aim to help you improve mental healthboost work productivityself-confidence and communication skills

About Tianmei's World Academy (天美的世界学院)

"Tianmei's World" Academy (TMWA) is the world's first decentralized “network of classrooms” school concept, using environmental psychology knowledge with the aim to redefine where and how learning happens. It does so by turning any available space (e.g. coffee shops, offices etc.) into an alternative learning environment.

By experiencing the different learning environments that the academy creates, individuals can better understand what kind of learning environments and methods are most suitable for their own learning and self-development needs, apply them in their daily lives and maximize their individual potential against “one-size-fits-all” educational methods currently in use in many institutions/organizations.
