Mentoring & Coaching: Similarities and Differences

Mark your calendar and come Thursday January 30th at 22 Emerald Hill to our first Learning Circles session of 2020.  

James Grant and Laletha Nithiyanandan will be facilitating the discussion on the similarities and differences between Mentoring & Coaching.

Various methods are used to help others in their development including Mentoring, Coaching, Training and Consulting. 

Many skilled coaches are also mentors, consultants and trainers. In this Learning Circle session, we will have a dialogue delving deeper into this rich topic in order to help participants draw some insights and distinctions of their own.

Learning Circles are peer-learning sessions conducted by the Asia Institute of Mentoring. They are small group facilitated meetings where we encourage sharing and draw upon the wisdom of our mentoring community.
