Synopsis

"What is the first thing that you need to do as a mentor with your mentee?"

Let me guess, you need to get to know them. Listen to their story where they are coming from.

Try to find out what their goals and aspirations are.

"But what is the second thing you want to do with them?"

Let me ask you a question.

What are your 5 top personal values?

Now, look at yourself, how long did it take you to come up with all the 5? If it's more than 60 seconds, chances are you fall to 90% of the top leaders in the world.

They are just like you, they did not articulate to themselves their priorities but this is so paramount to their success because values is why we do what we do. It's our GPS. So as a mentor you need to be very confident and articulate about your values and you want to be able to help your mentee to discover or rediscover theirs.

In 2023, we are kicking off this year with a special event (Workshop valued at SGD$388) for a selected few. Of course we are going to give priority to our graduates, but the first 25 people who will register will have 2 hours of playful games that was designed after 30 years of research by Professor Simon Dolan in Esade university which is one of the top business schools in the entire world.

The session will be facilitated for 2 hours by Avi Liran who is one of the top teachers of values in Asia Pacific. Hope to see you there and enjoy your company for the kick off of a wonderful year of mentorship and contribution to our community.
