Synopsis

This session is to share about tremendous self-learning which arose from a recent mentoring engagement.

Also adding on is a related (as it pertains to what I learned) topic is knowing when to refer the mentee - something that is ongoing in a current mentoring situation.

Join me as I endeavour to share some reflections on both topics.
