Synopsis
Mentoring is a relationship between mentor and mentee. Both parties must know each party's roles and responsibilities in order to make it a successful mentoring.
Mentor’s key role is to help and assist mentee toward his/her goal based on his experiences, talents, skills, and etc. Along the journey, both will learn from each other working towards the goals and objectives of the mentee.

What is this Mentor Circle session all about?
We are introducing monthly Mentor Circles.
These are mentor led peer learning sessions that will be held online.
The key objective of these sessions is for Certified Professional Mentors (and potentially Mentors) of the AIM community to support each other on their mentoring journey.
