When it comes to mentoring, many think that it is an informal relationship, so no contract is needed.
Do you think the same? Why do we need a mentoring contract? When do we need a mentoring contract?
What are the components inside the mentoring contract?
In this session, we will explore the need for a mentoring contract, and how to draft one. We will work together to draft a mentoring contract that you can take with you for future reference or something you can implement in your company should they want to start a mentoring program.

We are introducing monthly Mentor Circles.
These are mentor led peer learning sessions that will be held online.
The key objective of these sessions is for Certified Professional Mentors (and potentially Mentors) of the AIM community to support each other on their mentoring journey.
