Synopsis
How often have you felt frustrated, irritated or upset over certain events in your life?
What about times when you feel worried or anxious over your loved ones or even your own future?
Listen to Your Heart.
Increasingly we seem to have lost touch with ourselves, and with our heart, in this fast paced world. Ever since the dawn of human civilization, the heart has been considered a source of intuition, courage and wisdom for us in our troubled moments. Research has shown that the heart emits a measurable electromagnetic field which is projected outwards that fluctuates with human emotions and which can be felt by others. In other words, the heart is our profound connection to our inner feelings, our intuition, source of wisdom, and to others around us as well!
Come and discover for yourself in this session to unlock the science of the heart through a simple Heart Coherence breathing connection technique and modulate your body’s electromagnetic waves to create more balance, calm, peace, and reduce feelings of anger, irritation and frustration. A simple yet powerful tool for reducing stress, enhancing well-being while bringing more compassion and joy to life!
