Do we as leaders call forth from those we lead their unique giftings and most vital creativity? Or do we as leaders call forth from those we lead impoverished shadows of what they think would please us? But more importantly, in the deepest chambers of your heart, does it even matter to you as a leader? I am hoping that if you're reading this that you are a leader who, in your own ways, wonders about these types of questions.

In which case, we look forward to being in conversation with you about the path of compassionate leadership which calls for you to stay attuned to, and connected with, that which is alive in those you lead.

And that which is most alive is always a complex cocktail of emotions. But more often than not, many prefer not to have to deal with what they perceive to be "messy" and "unpleasant" emotions. But as a leader, if you are willing to engage fully with the totality of each individual's humanity, places of stuckness will transform into oases of flourishing. For how we meet and engage with those we lead greatly influences what actually comes forth.

In this brief conversation, drawing from almost three decades of leading teams and organizations, we share three virtues which have shown to unlock and sustain the path of compassionate leadership, in ways that advances the flourishing of both the leader and those they lead.
