The CPM Certification Process includes a mentoring practicum where the candidate is required to complete 2 mentorship cycles (each 3 to 6 months in duration within a 12-month time-frame), spending a minimum of 6 hours per engagement with mutually agreed-upon mentoring activities and communications regularly to maintain connectivity with your mentee(s).
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
5 years work experience
Exhibit a strong commitment and passion to see things through, with a strong sense of self-awareness and curiosity
Kindly note class size is subject to a minimum of 12 candidates and a maximum of 25 attendees, to ensure meaningful exchanges, learning and sharing. In the event that class numbers are not achieved, AIM will contact all registered participants to inform them of a change in schedules, and you will be given the option to join the new scheduled CPM or request a refund.
