Boundaries and Expectations in Mentoring Meetings
Learning Circle Series

Held on the first Wednesday of the month, Learning Circle Series are peer-learning sessions are conducted by the Asia Institute of Mentoring (AIM). They are small group facilitated meetings where we encourage sharing and draw upon the wisdom of our mentoring community. New mentors, mentees, (aspiring-mentors) and non-mentors are all welcome to join to discuss about trending Mentoring topics and to network with our community members.

Time: 17:00 - 18:00 (SGT)
Note: For an effective discussion, we need a minimum of 10 pax and will limit it to 20. 

Fees: SGD 10 for non-members and complimentary for AIM Members (please make sure you are logged into your account before registering to access full membership benefits. There will be an automatic deduction when you register based on your name and email). Join us as a member here for full benefits.

As a non-profit organisation, your fee will contribute to our administrative and operating costs.

What are some of the ways that mentoring meetings are conducted?
How do you set boundaries for yourself and what safety measures do you need to set up for yourself in mentoring? How do you decide if you want to take up a mentoring assignment - What are the
considerations?

Dilip Shankar is the founder of Centre of Gravity. A Human-Centered Strategy Consulting firm. He helps clients address complex business and social issues by keeping the human being at the centre of enquiry.

An entrepreneur with two and a half decades of experience in Advertising, Marketing, Research and Brand Consulting. He works with top management of organisations across categories in the Asia Pacific region.

Lita Nithiyanandan is the Director, Behavioural Consulting Group, Co-Founder, Made of Brilliance, Catalyst, Program Lead, Asia Institute of Mentoring, Gastrogeography of Singapore, serial entrepreneur, a strong advocate for business with a heart.

With more than 30 years in Talent solutions and HR Consulting Asia, she has held senior leadership roles within Kelly Services, Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Services in the Asia Pacific region, she is also the founder of Business Trends.

Lita loves growing local edible plants, education on the application of local produce.
