GUEST Speaker

Juliana Rahmad

Lifelong Learner, Solopreneur, LinkedIn Content Creator, AI Enthusiast and Caregiver

I'm a multifaceted individual with a knack for learning and strategy. My career kicked off as a Technical Solution Consultant and took a turn into call centre operations at Hewlett Packard (HP). I then joined ACI Worldwide and became a Global Customer Care Director, gaining invaluable mentorship. My roles have always had a focus on process improvement.

I've lived and worked in the UK and have experience in various operational roles, from Customer Success to Sales Operations to Compliance. Currently, I'm navigating a career transition and have launched Uli's Kitchen, a venture that celebrates Malay kuehs and creative desserts. I'm also on LinkedIn, sharing insights on AI, job search, networking and more. As a caregiver to my parents, I'm exploring how my skills can benefit the healthcare sector.

I believe in the power of lifelong learning and mentorship, and there is no better place to pay it forward than through mentoring others via the Asia Institute of Mentoring.
