Synopsis
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a powerful and complex tool that everyone is talking about. With a third of businesses already using AI, leaders know that AI will have a revolutionary impact and are considering how best to use the technology to accelerate decision making and improve the organization’s leadership and teamwork. For example, using large volumes of data, AI learning platforms can identify the strengths and weaknesses of leaders by analyzing their performance, behavior, and personality. AI tools can generate real-time feedback and coaching, customize training and development and assist organizations with succession planning. It even has the ability to identify the emotional state of individuals, as it can understand text and speech patterns, helping leaders assess team morale and satisfaction.
But will all leaders benefit from these AI tools or are they geared for the next generation of leaders?
In this webinar, a panel of experts will discuss whether AI will accelerate human leadership or will it stifle leadership through bias, errors and ethical issues. Can current and future leaders overcome these problems by sharpening leadership qualities like critical thinking, moral judgment and creativity? Panelists will also discuss what changes in leadership development is needed to equip all leaders in an AI-driven world.
