Short Bio : I am a driven social impact professional with over 24 years experience in fields of social finance, social entrepreneurship, philanthropy, non-profit leadership and commercial finance in the US and Asia. I have built strong networks of cross-sector stakeholders, managed multi-disciplinary teams, conceptualized and driven innovative projects and strategies that deliver results. I can add value to breakthrough strategic and operational efforts, especially in complex, multi-disciplinary impact initiatives. I do so through leadership, advisory, consultation and training in the fields of social economy, impact philanthropy and non-profit strategy. I am currently Chief of Staff at AVPN, helping to build a network that mobilises financial, human and intellectual capital towards impact in Asia. I also hold the role of Policy Director, mobilising policymakers across Asia to engage in the social impact funding ecosystems. I serve on the boards of Artswok Collaborative Ltd (community art & social development) and Giveasia Kindness Foundation (crowdfunded philanthropic foundation). I am a mentor in a CSR Fellowship programme in Singapore, and also advise Tri-Sector Associates, a Singapore-based Asian-focused intermediary for Outcomes-based financing.
