Short Bio : I have more than 25 years of work experience in the Human Capital Management and Development across varied multi-national and local organisations in both consulting and regional HR operational roles. I believe in collaborating in close partnership with the Business to drive People engagement and development as well as organisation change to build organization capability in order to meet their Vision and Mission and yet embracing their Core Values. , I am passionate about mentoring and coaching students to attain both essential softskills, business management skillsets as well as impart HR technical competencies. As such, since Feb 2020, I am a SMU-UOB AEI Project Advisor supporting the student consulting teams and a Volunteer with Junior Achievement (JA) to train secondary and tertiary students on essential softskills, coach resume writing and interview skills as well as mentor a team of Year 5 students in their company start-up, product development and business management journey.
