Andy Sim
Creator of Giving.sg | Systems Thinker | Change Catalyst | Social innovator
Andy Sim is a systems thinker, change catalyst, and social innovator with more than 40 years of experience in the information technology industry. His career includes business and technology leadership roles across leading global enterprises and Singapore-based organisations.Throughout his career, he has helped organisations harness technology to drive organisational transformation and unlock human value by aligning technological innovation with business strategy and societal impact.
He is best known for creating Giving.sg, Singapore’s national giving platform, which has enabled people to support causes and live more meaningful lives through giving.
Having recently retired from corporate life, Andy now dedicates his time to advancing conversations on the future of humanity in the Intelligence Age. He is the author of the forthcoming book Human+: Becoming Better Humans in the Intelligence Age, which explores how humanity can flourish in an age where intelligence is abundant.

Charlie Ang

Charlie Ang is a corporate futurist, keynote speaker, AI strategist, innovation leader and future of work expert who helps organizations and leaders navigate the intelligence-abundant world.For over 15 years, he has been analyzing how emerging technologies and global trends are reconfiguring business, industries, and the nature of work.
In 2013, he coined the AI-centric 4.0 model which pre-dated and is similar to what the World Economic Forum referred to as the Fourth Industrial Revolution in 2016.

Dr James Ong
Founder of Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII) | International Advisor at the renowned World AI Conference (WAIC)
Dr. James Ong has 4 decades of industry, venture and academic experience. He founded Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII) in 2017, an AI think tank advocating Sustainable AI for Humanity. He is co-author of AI for Humanity (Wiley) and 人本人工智能 (中国人民大学出版社).He actively champions AI for Humanity as United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 18 (UN SDG 18) and advocates the AI for Humanity movement globally including Davos in Europe, United Nations, ASEAN, China, India, US and Middle East. He is the International Advisor at the renowned World AI Conference (WAIC) and co-founded AICON 2025, the World’s #1 Consumer Show advocating “AI for Everyone”.
James is also Adjunct Professor at SUTD and serves as Chair of Program Advisory Committee (PAC), School of Business, Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) on Master of AI for Business programme. He serves as Head of AI and Industry Fellow at Global Fintech Institute (GFI), Senior Fellow at The Conference Board (TCB), Expert Member of UNESCO and UNU. He is CEO of Origami Frontiers and venture partner at Delight Capital. He received his PhD from the University of Texas at Austin specializing in AI for Computational Governance.

Tan Siok Siok
Filmmaker | Innovator | Co-Author of AI for Humanity (Wiley 2024)
Tan Siok Siok is a filmmaker and innovator whose works explore the nexus of humanity, social change, and technology. Her documentaries and mobile photography have captivated global attention from CNN to The Guardian, from the People’s Daily to The Times of India. Her storytelling transcends media, advocating for a future where technology empowers humanity. Her book,, AI for Humanity (Wiley 2024), is an interdisciplinary collaboration with an AI scientist and AI governance expert. The book topped Amazon's technology bestseller list and is held in nearly 500 universities across 30 countries. The Chinese edition followed in 2026. She is currently completing her Master's in AI Ethics at Cambridge University.Yen-Lu Chow

A former Apple Distinguished Technologist, Yen-Lu is a visionary entrepreneur, award-winning technologist, venture catalyst & angel investor, mentor & advisor turned author & keynote speaker, mental wellbeing champion, social innovator & ecosystem builder, humanist and philanthropist.
As an expert and practitioner in speech recognition and language processing (with 6 international patents while leading Apple’s initiative in this area in the early 1990’s), he was an early pioneer in the application of AI with a strong base in the tech space.
As an angel investor and venture catalyst in the Singapore tech ecosystem, Yen-Lu has mentored entrepreneurs and businesses for many years. He has made significant contributions to the Singapore tech and entrepreneurship ecosystem, serving on countless startup business plan competitions internationally, government panels on innovation and entrepreneurship, and as mentor and advisor to the major universities. He co-founded a business angel fund in partnership with the Singapore government, served as a director of Business Angel Network SEA, executive mentor and adjunct professor to NUS Enterprise and mentor to INSEAD.
A champion of youth mental wellness and human wellbeing, he believes that every young person has a voice, an innate gift, a deeply held aspiration waiting to find creative fulfillment. When we nurture the seeds of these innate gifts with attention, acceptance, and love – by providing the right environment, and giving it purpose – these seeds sprout and grow, and the human spirit with its deepest aspirations finds fulfillment.
He sits at the nexus of three major social ecosystems: mental health, mentoring and sustainability, bringing extensive experience in tech and entrepreneurship to build ecosystems and mobilize communities to create positive social change. In a fast-paced world where the only constant is change, he believes there is an urgent need for each of us to draw on our strengths and creative potential as human beings to contribute towards humanity in a positive and impactful way. He enjoys building ecosystems and mobilizing the community to create positive social change. With the launch of his family foundation and other social impact initiatives, Yen-Lu devotes his time serving both society and the nation in his various capacities.
He is on a life mission to help bring about a kinder, gentler, more inclusive, more just and sustainable world.
