Synopsis
As the Lunar New Year approaches, Make a Wish invites parents and caregivers to pause, reflect, and set clear intentions for the year ahead. This webinar explores how a parent’s inner readiness shapes family harmony and children’s wellbeing. We will reflect on what truly supports children’s wellbeing beyond academic success, and how these foundations are cultivated in everyday family life.
The session focuses on how sustainable transformation unfolds through three kinds of wisdom: wisdom derived through learning, wisdom derived through reflection, and wisdom derived through practice. Grounded in psychology, mindfulness, and a data-informed, systems-oriented approach, the webinar supports parents, caregivers, and professionals working with children in moving beyond quick fixes towards values-led, compassionate strategies that build long-term resilience and create the conditions for lasting family wellbeing.
