Loosen up those tight muscles with exercise as you learn tips to optimise your home office set-up and improve your working process. Learn what are:

• Common musculoskeletal disorders
• Proper sitting and standing posture and how to improve by doing proper exercise
• Ergonomic desks/workstations/assistive ergonomics devices
• Proper posture and home exercises
Preparation:
Participants to be dressed casually and to switch on camera for the physiotherapist to correct your posture during exercise.
