This webinar isn't about having all the answers; instead, it offers a methodology to raise thought-provoking questions. Together, we'll decode and dissect what a future organization might entail through whole-system integration – the next level of sustainability. While sustainability implies limitation, whole-system thinking extends beyond immediate gratification to encompass broader impact. As stewards of the Earth, the future of organizations carries the weight of whole-system responsibility.

When we were born, no one handed us a user manual on how to use our sophisticated human body properly. As we navigate the world and make our way to key leadership positions, we have disproportionately relied on our talent and the brain to make decisions because that was what we were taught in school. There is so much information from our human body that we don’t pay attention to. Barry’s passion for mentoring and coaching others is driven by his vision of a world that embraces heart-centered living and authentic experiences, celebrating the abundance and radiance within us all.
Ryion Pun
Chief Community Officer
Ryion, a certified integral coach, has two decades of corporate experience and years of mentoring under his belt. Before Guishi, Ryion spent 7 years at Amazon. He was the Finance Director at Amazon Web Services, leading a global team of more than 100 people, and later ventured out into the crypto world as their SVP, Finance. He understands what it's like to work in a high-stress environment with type A personalities, and overachievers who thrive on challenges. Ryion is not just a corporate powerhouse, his diverse interests span health & wellness, spiritual practice, and sustainable foods. He's also an angel investor and mentor, supporting visionary founders striving to make positive impacts in their communities. He holds an MBA from Cornell University.

Yen-Lu’s career spans nearly 40 years in the tech, media, venture capital, and more recently social entrepreneurship and philanthropy. A former Apple Distinguished Technologist, he is a successful entrepreneur with multiple tech start-ups and an active angel investor, spending many years mentoring and advising entrepreneurs, young businesses and serving on government panels on innovation. He served as a director of Business Angel Network SEA, executive mentor and adjunct professor to NUS Enterprise, mentor to INSEAD, numerous panels on entrepreneurship and innovation internationally, including IDA / SPRING, A*STAR, NRF, GMIC, NUS StartUp@Singapore, NUS Social Venture Competition, NTU Idea Inc, Thailand National Business Plan Competition, CrowdSourcing Week, etc.
In a fast-paced world where the only constant is change, he believes there is an urgent need for each of us to draw on our strengths and creative potential as human beings, to connect with our higher self and our deeper purpose to contribute towards humanity in a positive and impactful way. He enjoys building ecosystems and mobilizing the community to create positive social change. As an early pioneer in the application of AI, he also has a strong base in the tech space. With the launch of his family foundation and other social impact initiatives, Yen-Lu devotes his time serving both society and the nation in his various capacities.
He is on a life mission to help bring about a kinder, gentler, more inclusive, more just, and sustainable world.
