Synopsis

In this webinar cum fireside chat, Yen-Lu Chow, AIM’s founding executive chairman, will go one-on-one with Andy Sim, a systems thinker, change catalyst, and social innovator, to explore Andy’s new book Human+, on how we can become better humans in the Intelligence Age.

Written for anyone seeking to make sense of who we are becoming in a world where intelligence is no longer exclusively ours, the book looks beyond the race for technological capability to rediscover the unique qualities that set us apart.

The book unfolds in three parts. Part I explores how AI is transforming human agency, leadership, work, and society, while reshaping power and opportunity. Part II examines what makes us uniquely human through five defining qualities, including consciousness, empathy, creativity, moral judgment, and meaning. Part III presents the Human+ framework for harnessing complementary intelligence to advance human dignity and economic prosperity together.

At its heart, Human+ argues that becoming better humans is a choice we must make intentionally. Rather than resisting AI, it calls us to embrace it as a complementary partner, where humans lead with purpose, judgment, and values, while AI empowers with speed, scale, and efficiency.
