Certified Professional Mentor (CPM) Training Program April-May 2026

As part of the CPM Certification Process, you’ll complete two distinct mentorship cycles within a 12‑month period. Each cycle lasts 3–6 months and involves working with a different mentee.

⏱ Time commitment: At least 6 hours per cycle, ideally spread across regular sessions (about an hour each).

🤝 Activities: Mentoring activities are mutually agreed upon with your mentee to ensure relevance and impact.

📬 Connectivity: Stay engaged with ongoing communication, with a minimum of two check‑ins per month to maintain momentum and connection.

This practicum is designed to give you meaningful, hands‑on mentoring experience while supporting your mentees’ growth.

• At least 5 years of work experience

• Exhibit a strong commitment and passion to see things through, with a strong sense of self-awareness and curiosity 

Kindly note class size is subject to a minimum of 10 candidates and a maximum of 25 attendees, to ensure meaningful exchanges, learning and sharing. In the event that class numbers are not achieved, AIM will contact all registered participants to inform them of a change in schedules, and you will be given the option to join the new scheduled CPM or request a refund.
