We are taking applications for our first intake of the Certified Professional Mentor (CPM) Program starting 6th January 2021. 

Dates: 6, 13, 20 & 27 January 2021, 10 & 24 March 2021

Time: 7:30 to 9:30 pm

Venue: online event

This CPM program is part of a broader strategy to bring Mentoring to the forefront of personal development through a formalized training and certification process. It is our mission at Asia Institute of Mentoring (AIM)  to build a kinder, gentler and more inclusive society through mentoring.

OUR PURPOSE

As a community, we believe many of the social, work place and economic issues of our time can be addressed through mentoring. Cultivating a community of qualified mentors would allow the impact to be scaled quickly to see a positive outcome. Through the CPM program, we aim to develop a community of professional mentors based on a consistent learning and sharing platform, comprising a dynamic curriculum & program with robust foundational units and specialized electives tailored to specific mentoring outcomes.

If YOU are passionate, fully committed and keen on  giving back– without expectations – and are a caring, responsible, adult volunteer who will serve as a trusted guide and friend to another, this program is for you. The AIM platform will ensure development of important knowledge and life skills, and exposure to new opportunities through our network, relationships, resources and community support.

As part of the CPM certification process, the candidate must formally commit to:

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years work experience 

• Register for the program by clicking Register Now button provided above and complete the required candidate admission questionnaire here.  Refer to Next Steps below for details of process. 

• Exhibit a strong commitment and passion to see things through, with a strong sense of self-awareness and curiosity.

Please kindly note class size is subject to a minimum of 12 candidates and a maximum of 25 attendees, to ensure meaningful exchanges, learning and sharing. 

In the event that class minimum numbers are not achieved, AIM will contact all registered participants to inform them of a change in schedules, and you will be given the option to join the new scheduled CPM, or request a refund. Please note that upon the granting of a refund, all membership benefits that are tagged to the special promotion we are currently running for the first CPM of 2021 shall also be disabled.

1.  Register and make payment for theCPM Programvia the Register Now button provided above. The CPM program normal registration fee is S$500. This fee includes the six days CPM training. 

Do note our special promotionfor the first CPM of 2021, if you sign up for CPM, receive a one-year standard AIM Membership (value: $120) complimentaryand a 10% discount off the CPM fees (total savings: $170). Promo ends 28 Dec 2020. 

You can upgrade to a  premium AIM Membership (value: $200) enabling you to have full access to tools, resources and mentoring electives as well as support on your mentoring journey. 

This program is highly subsidized by AIM as we are a not-for-profit organization.  Please do note that this special promotion ends on 28 Dec 2020.
