Synopsis
Children's behavioral and socio-emotional issues often surface in creative learning environments, making it challenging for kids to actually learn or engage with their peers in a healthy way. In this webinar, hear from our panel of passionate educators about how having empathy and sensitivity to each child’s unique needs, and a curriculum combining robotics, arts, and storytelling, can foster not just creativity, but critical emotional and social development.
We will be sharing our insights from a multi-disciplinary approach we have been trialing to support kids from different backgrounds, neurodivergent or neurotypical. A key part of this has involved integrating behavioral therapists into the classroom to help children navigate conflicts, learn to regulate difficult emotions, cultivate empathy, and model healthy coping mechanisms.
If you're a parent, educator, or someone passionate about supporting children's mental and emotional wellbeing, this webinar may provide you with some insights and possible strategies to create a more holistic and inclusive learning environment for your children.
