Short Bio : Shillina is an advocate of nurturing touch, she believes no human being can strive without it, nurturing touch nourish and heals the mind, body and soul. Shillina works with parents to introduce nurturing touch to their babies, toddlers, tween and teen. She is a Living Value educator, she also trains adults and seniors to promote and implement wellbeing programme for healthy living.
