Short Bio : Yu Ting is an explorer and lover of life. Her journey started more than 20 years ago when she first contemplated long and hard over the question ‘Who Am I?’. This set her tumbling down the rabbit hole and led her on a journey of self-discovery and reconnecting with her authentic self. From 10-day silent retreats to week long juice-fasts and Shaolin Martial Arts training in the mountains, she has her fair share of stories to share. She believes everyone has the potential within them waiting to be unlocked and she hopes to be there to walk alongside them on the journey. Today, Yu Ting is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.
