Short Bio : Melissa has 10+ years’ experience scaling businesses in sales, business development, product and general management, across South-East Asia and the Middle East. She has led teams to thrive through crises, executed market entry into China, diversified revenue streams and grown market share, and optimised teams to exceed sales targets. Dynamic and solutions-driven, she develops growth momentum with stakeholders through commercial strategies. Before relocating to Myanmar in 2017, Melissa achieved success in a leading luxury travel start-up in Singapore and Dubai. She managed a large portfolio of high-net-worth individual and corporate clients, surpassed US$ 1m sales targets, managed international products, and worked closely with the board to shape and execute annual strategies. She is passionate about expanding businesses that create measurable improvements in the way we think, communicate and behave. Melissa currently works in Google within the APAC Corporate Strategy team.
