Short Bio : The constant theme throughout Devendra’s 25+ years banking and project management career has been his performance coaching, both in the corporate environment as well as in a private capacity. Devendra’s ACC coaching credential is from the International Coach Federation and complemented by his professional educational background as a Chartered Accountant, Lean Six Sigma green belt and Project Management Professional (PMP). His personal style and experience of living and working in India, UK and Singapore have fully equipped him to successfully coach individuals from widely different levels, disciplines and cultures. Devendra’s collaborative and influence based management style has made him an effective Coach, utilizing his significant cultural skills to enhance his clients’ understanding and performance.
