Short Bio : I have been studying and working in several locations, born in Malaysia and went to school in the the States and worked after my MBA in the finance function of a large manufacturing and distribution F&B. I returned to Malaysia in 1997 and started venturing into interior design and decorating industry where I have worked on major hotel projects and showrooms and later owned 3 firms and franchise including a wholesaling arm. The turning point in my career was when I left Malaysia and joined KPMG in Sydney, Australia in 2005. I started in Communications, then into Events and Sponsorship and then to Asia Markets. The highlights of my career in Sydney is that I have 7 roles in 7 years. My last role was a regional manger role in Deal Advisory. I am now the ASPAC Deal Advisory (DA) COO based in Singapore. Before coming to Singapore, I have also spent 4 years in KPMG Malaysia. I am an experienced COO who help to plan and strategise KPMG ASPAC DA business plan and implement initiatives in the region by connecting with KPMG Global leadership team to ensure programs are appropriately deployed across ASPAC countries, focusing on delivering tangible results. I am not only proactive, pragmatic but a strong communicator and a people person who focuses on outcomes and results.
