Synopsis
In this inaugural collaboration on Green Career & Sustainability between Asia Institute of Mentoring x Impact Underdogs x Influence Solutions, we bring you LICENCE TO THRILL: The Green Arrow Virtual Team Learning experience.
LICENCE TO THRILL is a blend of psychologically curated sharing activities, interspersed with virtual challenges to create a delightfully engaging, entertaining and empowering experience that enhances trust, team bonding and team psychological safety.
It has grown to become the #1 team bonding experience for hundreds of teams across the globe.
It comprises four exciting games:
Hunt for Solomon Lane, a spy thriller
When Eagles Dare, a war-time epic
A Night to Remember, adventure on the high seas
The Green Arrow, our effort to reclaim Planet Earth one carbon foot-print at a time
The Green Arrow Virtual Team Learning experience aims to spark environmental awareness, and help participants realise their role and how everyday decisions can reduce waste and energy in a fun and entertaining way.

Wendy Leong
Passionate about helping people to harness their potential and perform at their best, she is known for her vivacious personality and interactive training style, and has experience working in global, regional and local roles for Procter & Gamble, The Body Shop and Olympus Corporation.
Wendy has helped to set up talent initiatives across Asia Pacific that create and nurture a culture of engagement and peak performance, in a climate of constant change and competition.
Wendy is an experienced facilitator with the ability to engage multicultural audiences. She has delivered transformational keynotes and training sessions in Singapore and many other countries.
Yen-Lu Chow
Founding Executive Chairman, WholeTree Foundation; Over-The-Rainbow; Asia Institute of Mentoring; Founding Partner, Fatfish MediaLab; Executive Mentor, YSI SEA; and Founder of the Deep Human Movement.
His career spans nearly 40 years and he is a successful entrepreneur as well as an active angel investor.
In a fast-paced world where the only constant is change, he believes there is an urgent need for each of us to draw on our strengths and creative potential as human beings, to connect with our higher self and our deeper purpose to contribute towards humanity in a positive and impactful way.
