Synopsis
Fostering deep connections with your child has been the wish of every parent. With the advent of social media and technology, parents struggle to compete, connect and build deeper bonds with their children. Instead of using plain words, the use of photos and images can serve as an effective medium to spark conversations & re-establish bonds.
Come join us in this Experiential Workshop for parents to reflect on their relationships with their children and use photos, the language of today to connect with your child and discover more about your parenting style.

Your Speakers: Suman Balani, Kevin Kan and Jennifer Lim
Suman Balani is an Executive Coach with over 25 years of leadership experience in Payments, Technology and Healthcare services sectors. Suman has brought the benefits of coaching to organizations by helping leaders build capacity for sustainable performance whilst concurrently displaying emotionally intelligent conduct. Suman truly believes in the transformative power of coaching and mindfulness practices in facilitating growth, well-being and positive change in humans. Suman holds an Executive Masters in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD Business School. She served as President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Singapore Chapter in 2019 and serves on the Executive Committee of Over-the-Rainbow, an organization that fosters youth mental wellness. A mother of a 29-year old son and aunt to 5 nephews and one niece, she cherishes them for the richness and growth they have brought in her life.
Kevin Kan is a multi-award-winning Professional Coach & business leader & a dad to a 9 year-old daughter. With an international career spanning over 30 years in corporate and multinational organizations, Kevin has held management consulting and senior executive management positions in organizations such as AIMIA, American Express, Hewlett-Packard (HP), IBM, PwC Consulting, KPMG Consulting and Solution 6. Kevin is an elected member of the 2021 - 2022 International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Coaches Global Board of Directors. He is a contributor to Forbes, Marketing Magazine & Human Resources Magazine.
Jennifer Lim is an entrepreneur, author, public speaker, and coach, specialising in personal growth and professional training. She has worked with seminar participants in Singapore and other regional countries, including projects with corporate clients and the general public in talks, public training, and seminars.
